Many families seek support when parenting feels overwhelming, reactive, or disconnected.
This work may be helpful if you are:
Feeling triggered or unsure how to respond to your child’s emotions or behaviors
Wanting to parent differently than how you were raised
Navigating stress, transitions, or relational strain within the family
Hoping to strengthen connection and trust with your child or teen
Support may include parent sessions, family therapy, or a combination of both, depending on what best supports your family.

Children and teens often express stress, fear, or unmet needs through behavior rather than words.
Therapy may support children and teens who are experiencing:
Emotional outbursts, shutdowns, or difficulty with regulation
Anxiety, overwhelm, or challenges with transitions
Attachment-related concerns or the effects of trauma
Neurodivergent needs within the family system
Care is developmentally informed and includes collaboration with parents or caregivers when appropriate.

Many adults seek therapy to explore how early experiences continue to shape relationships, emotional regulation, and their sense of self.
Individual therapy may be supportive if you are:
Noticing repeating patterns in relationships
Experiencing emotional reactivity, numbness, or overwhelm
Exploring the impact of childhood trauma or attachment wounds
Wanting to build healthier and more secure relational patterns
My training includes a range of evidence-based trauma approaches, including EMDR, which may be integrated into therapy when clinically appropriate and aligned with a client’s needs and readiness.

Some families seek support while navigating court-involved dynamics, including reunification challenges.
This work centers on supporting children and parents through an attachment-focused and child-centered approach. Therapy focuses on emotional safety, rebuilding trust after relational disruption, and helping parents develop the insight and skills needed for repair. Care is paced to honor a child’s readiness while supporting long-term relational stability and healing.
I provide training and consultation for schools, organizations, and professionals supporting children and families impacted by trauma.
This work focuses on understanding behavior through an attachment-informed lens, fostering emotionally safe environments, and supporting relational care within systems that serve children and families.
Whether you already know what kind of support you’re looking for or are still figuring it out, a consultation offers space to talk things through and decide what comes next.
