I work with parents, children, and adults navigating how attachment, trauma, and stress shape relationships.
Many people come to therapy when parenting feels harder than expected, relationships feel strained, or emotional reactions feel difficult to understand. Experiences from earlier in life often surface during times of stress, especially within close relationships.
Therapy offers space to slow down, make sense of these patterns, and build greater safety and connection over time.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Education and advanced training in attachment-informed and trauma-focused care.
My work is shaped not only by professional training, but also by personal experience. I was raised within foster care and adoption, and I understand firsthand how early relationships, disrupted attachment, and systems involvement can continue to influence how we relate, parent, and connect later in life.
While much of my work focuses on parents, children, and families, I also work with adults navigating the long-term impact of attachment trauma in their relationships.
I have focused experience working with:
Foster care and adoptive families
Neurodivergent children and their caregivers
Families navigating complex attachment and relational dynamics

My work is grounded in attachment-informed and trauma-aware care.
This means paying attention to how early relationships influence present patterns, how stress impacts emotional regulation, and how behavior often reflects underlying needs and experiences.
Therapy is collaborative and paced with care. Together, we focus on building awareness, strengthening regulation, and supporting repair within relationships as capacity grows.
Parenting often brings unresolved experiences to the surface. Many parents notice reactions that feel unfamiliar or feel unsure how to respond in moments of stress or big emotion.
In therapy, we focus on:
Understanding what becomes activated under stress
Supporting both the child’s emotional needs and the parent’s nervous system
Strengthening attachment and connection within the family
This work supports growth through awareness, repair, and relationships that feel safer and more secure over time.
Attachment-related patterns also shape relationships beyond parenting. Adults without children may notice similar dynamics affecting closeness, communication, or emotional safety.
Therapy can support individuals who want to better understand their relational patterns, process early experiences, and build greater connection and stability in their lives.
If you’re looking for support, clarity, or a deeper sense of connection, a consultation is a thoughtful place to begin.

Connection begins with feeling understood.
