A consultation is a one-on-one conversation to talk through what is going on for you or your family and to consider what kind of support might be helpful right now.
You do not need to prepare anything or have a clear plan. This is simply a place to begin the conversation.

You do not need to prepare anything or have a clear plan. This is simply a place to begin the conversation.
This conversation is meant to help you:
Share what has been feeling heavy, confusing, or difficult to navigate
Talk through current concerns related to parenting, family life, or relationships
Clarify what you are hoping for and what support could look like
Decide whether working together feels like a good fit
Some people come with a specific question. Others come feeling unsure where to begin. Both are welcome.
To help set clear expectations, this consultation is not:
A therapy session
A commitment to ongoing services
A space where you need to have everything figured out
The focus is on clarity and next steps.
